I baked Hugbear's choc chip cookies for a friend and their family as a gift. They taste really yummy! The stawberry one is much sweeter (must be the chocolate factor)! I hope her kids like them.

I also tried Florence's Chilled Oreo Cheesecake on the weekend. Taste really good....hm, must be extra dash of rum-a tum-tum! (heheheeh)

Janny and Jo, thanks for your comments and encouragement. I did baking on separate days, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday. Need to 'spread' out a little otherwise too tiring leh! Wanna hear a story on the oreo cheesecake....my husband left it in the car and it melted away like a snowman. Fortunately only 3 slices! Need to slurp it with a spoon

Kristen i know what u mean. About a month back when the weather was really warm (think was 40C that day), my lychee cheesecake also melted when we reached a friend's place which is about 20 minutes drive.
