One of my new year resolutions was to cook more Thai food. Both hubby & I love Thai food After trying out Thai Fried Olive Rice and Tom Kha Gai, last night I decided to make Thai Pumpkin Custard. Here is how it looks like: It is very easy to make, although you must wait until it is cool to cut it (or overnight in the fridge). The recipe would be posted in the recipe forum.
