donlung, you're so lucky! I love the snow, but this year it did not snow at all in seattle.

Those snowdrops are so pretty poking through the snow. I am amazed at how well the succulents survived through the winter though... are they succulents?

why snowing now? and why only 'first'? i thought the northern hemisphere is in spring now?

Errr....Lily, What's chicken and hen ? As far as I know, they're just cactus and they're really easy .... doesn't need fertilizer, or much water, and they multiply very fast.
Janny, It's spring according to the calendar...but winter is staying a bit longer this year - pretty unusual.
