Koepoe (read kupu) is butterfly. It is the brand name of the thing
VX is cake softener
TBM is emulsifier like SP or ovalet
Sagu ambon is sago obtained from the tree. not to be confused with tapioca although often substituted. People in Ambon still eat sago as their staple food.
Rapindo.. never heard of this one before. Something to expedite baking ;D?
Spekkoek is the mixed spices used to bake kue lapis. It is a dutch ingredients, you can make your own or buy mixed spice off the shelf.
here is a simple recipe:
1 tsp ground freshly ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground mace

I did a search on rapindo, it seems like it is the name of the company that produces cooking ingredients.
