Any knitters here apart from me and edith? Or anybody who is interested in learning how to knit?

what abt we start with YOUR master pieces, edith? ;D because of the 20% off sale at spotlight, and also the new range of yarns available now, i am so very very motivated. can't wait to finish my current piece and start with a new old, or it will be like the old me, having so many incomplete projects

well, i am working on two, er no... four projects at the moment. i tend to get bored doing just one, need to be challenged with different patterns. i will take pictures when they are completed. the recent 20% off all yarn at spotlight really cost my hubby quite a bit of money ;D

sorry for the overdue picture. I used to knit tank tops for myself but I finds it too troublesome to wash it and dry it. That was the reason why I stopped knitting then. After so many years, I practically forgotten how to knit and had to restart again as a beginner. This is my first piece, I knitted a second one for my gfren's daughter bday last year. And I am hoping to embark onto another one soon as Mikaelia is outgrowing this one soon. Hoping to knit a thinner cardigan for her. Wish me luck and of course the time to do it.

That is a beautiful piece of work, Edith. Definitely not of a beginner ! I hope you will keep up with your knitting, seeing that you are so talented. You can knit while watching TV, you know

Bad knitting day today. soooo sad First, at 6.30 in the morning i discovered that my 75% finished project got a mistake at the BEGINNING.... booohooooo.... That means i have to undo nearly all the work. Second project, like 90% done. I was sewing it up. then i made a nasty stitch on the shoulder. I thought i'd undo it by cutting it. And yeap... I cut through the knit. Now must redo some work on the back. What The???
