BBQ Foodies!

We're having a BBQ with friends this Saturday. I will be bringing Shrimp & Mango Kebabs.

Personally, my favorites would be (other than the one I mentioned above):

Salmon fillets
Sambal stingray
Chicken wings (of course!)
Fresh corn
Sweet potatoes
& alot more I can't think of right now!

What is on your favorite list for BBQs?

Let me see my favourites that are not on your list:
chocolate bananas
satay
potato and onion (sliced and cooked on the hot plate)

Slicing potatoes & onion to cook on hot plate...I haven't try it before, very different from the usual bbqs!

That is the staple here for BBQ ;D. First thing the men will do is to start the bbq and the ladies will peel and slice the vegetable. I guess the onion thing is because they like sausage sizzle i.e a piece of sausage on a slice of bread, topped with onion and sauce.
