I am using Cetaphil to cleanse my face, and Lancom for night cream.

That Neostrata is pretty expensive, isn't it? I don't use anything special. My skin has been bad since I was a teenager, so I don't bother However, for self-facial, my favourite is Elle Bache. I swear I can feel the difference after each facial.

Jan I don't remember you have bad skin from the picture of you. I use St Ives Apricot scrub for cleansing. Followed by the Neostrata lotion. Then L'oreal eye cream. The Neostrata saved my skin years back when I had breakouts in Oz. I don't use anything else besides the 3 products. Not even moisturers. I think I have enuff oil on my face. Min is Cetaphil as drying as Neutrogena? I tried Neutogena wash and it was so drying it causes tiny bumps on my skin.

heiii same same, i used St Ives Apricot scrub too. I used it everyday during Christmas holiday because I left my regular face soap behind. And my skin was very good then.. But then I was worried that using it every day would be too harsh. What do you think, skin expert *wink-wink*? Ok to use everyday?
I have tried Beautician Secret range also that claims to be like Clinic, Estee Lauder etc but at cheaper price. Actually I don't find them exactly like those brands.

Jan I'm not expert lar. Just spend too much time and $$$ reading magazines and forums. I think using scrub everyday is ok. Just don't scrub the face like we are scrubing dirt from the flr. It all depends also cos everyone has different skin. If the skin is super sensitive, better don't scrub everyday I guess. use it less frequently. I feel scrubing my face makes it less dull.

Septembre, Cetaphil is not drying at all. I use it because it was highly recommended in a magazine. ;D Yes, Jan i too cannot remember you with bad skin in your pictures. Oh yeah, not forgetting i also use sunscreens, mainly Clinique & Avene. Do you girls use sunscreens?

Min I don't use sunscreen. I know it's bad. I'm beginning to have sunspots due to prolong time under the sun. I love to swim and go to the beach as often as possible....w/o sunblock somemore. I don't mind freckles, i think they are cute, but sunspots is not as nice. However, i'm afraid of the oil content on the sunscreen. Which brand are you using? Nevertheless, I'm starting to search for one and have a go at it.

Hello Gals! I am getting so tanned from the Aussie Sun! I go the swimming and to the beach sometimes, and sunblock gives me blocked pores and pimples on my back and face! Now i'm using a gel based sunblock that's really good. Don't have the brand here now, but can go home and find out if anyone is interested!

Janny, you have been in OZ for many years, how do you get by without driving? Do you mind me asking how old you are? Good luck with those 2 things! Are you taking swimming and driving lessons?

fern i really don't need to drive at the moment, but it does hinder me finding a job - as i am limited to what is available near my home only. i live right in the city, so transport is not a problem. outside my apartment there is a tram stop - very very convenient hor? there there is a train station also about 15 mins away. although.... the ticket prices have gone up again... d**n govt for weekly groceries, my hubby drives me to the supermarket. in fact he is the only doing the groceries. i am just there supervising ;D i don't mind your asking me my age, but i do mind telling you here . i'll p.m you later. you know what - i look way younger than my real age most people won't believe anyway.

Fern tell me the sunblock you are using. and PM me the one that doesn't work! Jan I still dunno where I wanna go. ;D I'm deciding on a hol first and I only hve enuff for one place! I know the smartest thing to do is to visit Mel since i've been to Perth. But I miss my relatives in Perth terribly. I'm a last min person. So I think i'll hve my answers one of these days. I remember this commercial in perth about taking swimming lessons at this place called state swim . It's a song and they hve kids singing "Learn how to swim, learn how to swim, learn how to swim, at State swim. Now everytime we see any learn to swim post around, we'd hum the song and laugh about it. Jan I wanna know your age too! I'll PM you my guess k.

For cleansers, toners & masks, I concoct my own Cos I have acne prone & sensitive skin, I used to use Fancl products which work wonders on my skin. Due to the cost, I've switched to natural skincare instead, still working pretty well on my face!
