If you are having trouble sleeping, have an upset stomach, headaches, shakiness or heart palpitations, excess caffeine could be the reason.
Try reduce your caffeine intake gradually. Don't go cold turkey. Aim to have your last coffee by 3 pm so the caffeine can work itself through your system by bedtime.
