Chocolate cravings can be psychological or physical. Cocoa is rich in copper and one theory is that you crave chocolate if your body is short on copper. If it's psychological, buy the best-quality chocolate you can afford. Place one piece on your tongue. Close your eyes and let the chocolate slowly dissolve in your mouth. Don't chew. Savour the sensation for as long as you can. Repeat with another piece. Hopefully, two pieces will 'saturate' your taste buds and you may find that's all you need. Do this slowly and meaningfully every time and it will satisfy your craving.
