When I was in Sg, i was recommended by a pharmacist to this liquid called Pyralvex. It's very effective but they don't sell it here in Oz. After about 2-3 applications, it heals completely.
What do you do to quicken the healing process?

My husband swears by Bonjela. It doesn't hurt at all and heals quite quick too.
