Wow the sites got alot of recipes. Thanks Janny Could you please tell the weight for 2 cups sour cream and what is 1 cup thickened cream? Thanks again ;D |

lynda to measure 2 cups of sour cream i think it is more adviseable to use measurement cup. you can get the cheap plastic sets that has 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/4 and 1/8 cup and save yourself from weighing messy stuff  thickened cream is basically dairy pouring cream. the normal version has 35% fat content can can be whipped for cake decoration also. the lower fast one can only be used as pouring cream. |
