Err..... can be eaten raw, right? or probably mixed in fruit salad with big dollop of passionfruit pulp.

I love dragon fruits and i think the season is in.
you can try mini fruit tartlets or simply eat it as it is.

lynda, dragon fruit doesn't have much flavor, so it' usually just used for "looks" not taste.

We have dragon fruit mooncakes and I have not tasted it yet and I thought since there are mooncakes .........hahaha.

Can I sidetrack a little?
Wondering how do you choose a good dragonfruit?
From the same box, some i managed to get really sweet ones and some not.

Lin, yes i did try some that is really sweet. to my knowledge, dragonfruit is supposed to be high in fibre.
I managed to teach my kids to love this fruit now.
