Here's what I made for dinner tonight, Baked Catfish with salad & the Dinner Rolls, I made them this afternoon!

Cute dinner roll linlin. How did you roll it up? Is that sesame seeds on top? ;D

The chicken dish is ayam goreng kalasan keringan. I think i over burnt the crispy flour thing. It is made from the leftover liquid from boiling the chicken, mixed with tapioca flour and baking powder and fried until dry and crispy.
Yes, it is a sambal goreng petai, tempe and cabbage. And yes, andy eats everything i gave him ;D ;D ;D even smelly beans as how he calls petai. We can get canned petai (ayam brand), but i prefer the frozen ones from thailand.

Cute dinner roll linlin. How did you roll it up? Is that sesame seeds on top? ;D It's pretty easy to roll that Lynda. Juz roll the dough into a long strip then tie it like a knot, tuck the ends into the bottom & yep, that's sesame seeds on top Your lemon curd cheesecake looks good!

Janny, I got it from your blog...Nice and delicious... Not a pie ....not crumble either and the whole "pastry" is flaky ...so what's it supposed to be called? ;D
