no breadmachine coz' hubby not willing to sponsor. i bought those ready made crust from JB. how mini? didn't measure it but it is definitely smaller than personal size in Pizza hut.

Janny I cooked 'Mee Siam" for dinner. Pity i did not have red pepper and the chinese celery for garnishing and no fresh limes. Even the sambal was not red due to the kind of dried chillies that are sold here.

Edith...cute mochi. Love the strawberry one. So u coming up to Msia ah....are u going to look us up???!! Lynda, your banana looks very cute too in those cups. Over the weekend, I made again Jo's honeycomb cake...was a last minute thing becos hubby said got someone's pool bday party. I thought it would be a 'side' dessert dish but turned out to be one of the main cake!!! Everyone was expecting a 'fluffy' cake - and could hear whispers of 'Ma Lai Koh'....sigh....
