what did you cook the intestine with. i have yet to cook my frozen gluten. waiting for asian friends to drop by

lily,
I braised ('man') with dao pok, black fungus and mushrooms in clay pot. I took down the pictures on how to make/ shape mock intestines but i deleted all the pix. So angry.
