I'm still in a 'cupcake' mood this week. Made these on Monday.... Its a rocky road brownie....still a tad sweet for me even though I reduced the sugar, must be the marshmallow!

Kirsten Can share your recipe? I've been thinking of magnolia cupcakes over the weekend and so I had some fun with these. By the way, how do you make those pretty toppings?

nora, for the rocky road i used a recipe i found from allrecipes cake.allrecipes.com/az/RckyRdCk.aspfor the other cupcakes....use a buttercream recipe you like and then pipe them on top and sprinkle the toppings (any candy u or your children like e.g. smarties, thousands n thousands, choc sprinkles, sparkles, etc.) to decorate. This is my first time making and using buttercream to decorate. Actually, I need more practise (hehehehe...that's why pix is so small!!!). Hope this helps.

Linlin, looking forward to the pix of your dinner I tired this AO (adults only) cheesecake on the weekend. 'Adult' because it has almost 1 cup bailey to 250g cheesecake (yeah i got a little carried away). "Got Ummph" was the comment I received from those who tried it!! hahahar....
