Here is what I made for last night dessert - Apple Yeast Sugar Tart. Very easy to make and a good way to use up 'no-so-fresh' apples. Hi Jan Just happened to see this today. Your tart looks interesting. Can share the recipe, pls?

Kirsten I can't remember where I saw your oreo cheesecake by Florence. By the way, I just need to know, what's the cream that you used for the creaming? Thousand apologies....

Nice pictures everyone! I wish I had done something impressive to share here, but not much. Bake b/f cake again, for a mixed-couple gathering. I think it was a success, all the plates are cleanly licked ;D Hi Nora Recipe posted already now Lynda Happy belated birthday. How did you celebrate?

Nora, i used whipping cream (liquid). Hi Kirsten Do you think I can use the readymade one or should I use the cream cheese itself?

Nora, i used whipping cream (liquid). Hi Kirsten Do you think I can use the readymade one or should I use the cream cheese itself? Nora, the recipe says to use cream cheese and also whipping cream. If u only use cream cheese, it may be too jelak and also texture and taste will be quite different. I'm also not sure whether will 'set'!! Better u follow exactly the recipe.
