Anybody has the recipe for green tea ice cream? I don't think I can buy it at the supermarket. Jan, I juz bought a tub of green tea ice cream the other night here! It's Magnolia brand, not much of green tea taste tho...what I did was sprinkled some green tea powder on top of it..haha! The best green tea ice cream that I have tried is from Haggen Daz, the next avail is Swenson.

I am drooling looking at the pictures. Great job Ching and Edith. When it comes to bolognese sauce, I am a cheat. I use a bought jar of sauce and add my own mince meat, mushroom, herbs and red wine. Voila ;D. Here is what I made for lunch yesterday. Chorizo Sausage Pasties

Janny, your Chorizo Sausage Pasties look yummy! Did you use the frozen pastry dough?
Jo, are you getting a little excited? In just a month time you will get to see your little guy, getting anxious? I would have to applaud you, I won't be able to bake a thing while I was pregnant and you baked so much, even in your 9 months of pregnancy, bravo woman!

Edith...I like your cake. Nice what....I think very pretty plus the wordings very nicely written. You should have seen mine...even worst than yours!! I like the pink piping too - what did u use? Jan....wow, very yummy looking chorizo sausage pasties....I hungry now already! Jo, nice coconut tarts....I'm not really keen on desicated coconut but will check out your recipe. Once again, I'm so envious you made your crust so nice and even!!! I finally downloaded the pix for this. Jan baked banana cake a while ago which made me want to try it too. I added dates to mine. Very soft and lovely. tks.

One more....I tried Florence's tofu cheesecake. Very nice and refreshing. As for the deco - well I had a different picture in my head and fortunately it didn't turn out to be too big a disaster!!

Kirsten You are such an expert at drawing circles ;D. Kinda remind me of aboriginal painting. When I look at those paintings I always imagine what it would be like when you are drawing them and somebody accidentally elbow you The pasties are made using store bought ready rolled puff pastry lah. I don't think I would try making my own puff pastry anytime soon. Now I have 8 more pieces in the freezer, going to think of other recipes to use them up.
